Hi all,

could anyone help me?! My OPKs have been positive for the past 3 days. Quite strong too. Do I assume ovulation happens after the first day positive or do I assume ovulation happens after the last positive? I was hoping they would fade by now so it wouldn’t be confusing! They are not gradual, just 3 solid positives

thank you all

normally peak is when the first line is stronger than the 2nd line then you'll know you'll ovulate within about 24 hours.

OPKs aren't a reliable way to confirm if you've definitely ovulated though. you can still get high readings and not ovulate. best way to know is if you use a BBT thermometer to check your temp or have bloods done with your Dr xx

Thank you so much! Absolutely agree so have booked an appointment. The first positive was equal in colour, next day test line darker so I’ll assume 24 hours (ish) after that!
appreciate your reply xx
