Sickness 5 days before period due!

Hi, wondering if anyone has similar? I have had my periods return 2 months ago at 9m pp (still bf on a night time) and the past 3 days in a morning I have had extreme nausea to the point of actually being sick (tmi sorry!!)
I’ve eaten and had my morning coffee and still feel so out of sorts. Has anyone else had similar symptoms and been pregnant ? I’m not expecting to fall pregnant any time soon with my last 2 periods being a little all over with them only just returning and me still breastfeeding my little one.
I THINK I ovulated around 8 days ago (did not track just going off how I felt, my apps & I had EWCM on the 18th ever so slightly and then again a fair bit on the morning of the 21st)

Have you had sex?

I fell pregnant the second time much quicker than planned as a result of a single shag whilst still breastfeeding and with periods all over the place. I did have pregnancy sickness throughout both pregnancies and feeling like that was a giveaway clue for me 😮

I know two people like this! One friend was sick before her period was even due but it lead to a horrible hyperemesis pregnancy 😔 healthy baby born at the end of it all. Also a relative who had a good pregnancy following v early sickness but it was twins.

@jewelcase yes only twice this month (apart from today) i had sex on the 17th and on the 21st. My first was a on the pill baby and my second took 18 cycles with a miscarriage on cycle 14 so I’m really really not expecting much at all- my partner and I both agreed to try again now my periods are coming back but we are expecting it to take a while again. It’s been the same kind of sickness for me like the early morning dry heaving up stomach acid! I’ve not been doing or eating anything to cause this so it has got me thinking! I had horrific HG with my first and then HG up until around 32 weeks with my second also but sickness didn’t kick in with my second til around 9 weeks!

@adviceneeded1990 how strange!! I didn’t have this with either of my previous pregnancies but I did have HG with them both!

Well if you possibly ovulated 12 days ago and had sex 10 days ago then all other things being equal it’s possible you’re pregnant. But I guess only a test will confirm in the short term.
In the meantime I hope the sickness settles down.

If you had enough hormone to cause sickness surely you’d have enough for a positive test? Is it worth doing one?

I'm 13 dpo and last 2 days I've had a really bad cold and feeling exhausted. 2nd month of trying
