Hi all. I've been TTC for just over a year now & this is the first month I've attempted to track my BBT. I got a bad cold last week & was unwell for about 4 days (Wednesday - Saturday). I'm assuming that's what's caused the high temp spike? Also how will I know now if I ovulated? I did notice some EWCM around CD 15, 16 and 17th and 16th and 17th I had an LH peak.
