Is this all a dream?

So I am 2 weeks late for my period, started testing from around 10dpo and all negative all the way up until now when this morning I have BFP! I’m in total shock as I thought I was out the game this month, I even went to the doctors on Tuesday and had a test done there as I was almost certain I was pregnant and that came back BFN! Can the results change in 6 days since I seen the doctor? Is this possible? I have had sore boobs for the past week and a half and also a bit lightheaded. What is going on with my body…

Congratulations! Did you ovulate later than you thought?

I wasn’t properly tracking ovulation as we weren’t exactly “trying” just sort of seeing what happened and we agreed if we got pregnant right now we would both be happy

You most likely ovulated later in the cycle this month then, and so it makes sense you would have had negatives until now :)

Go get a hcg blood test done. You can track your levels that way. The doctors hpt was obviously wrong or didn't let it sit long enough but those tests are definitely positive so congratulations.
