Letrozole advice

Hello everyone, my husband I and I have secondary infertility (we had a 3.5 yr old without assistance) I was on Letrozole for 6 months last year without success, we were advised to do IUI with Letrozole and a trigger shot which resulted in pregnancy but a MMC at 9 weeks. Doctor prescribed me more Letrozole which I started last month with another trigger shot which resulted in a chemical pregnancy. I’ve just gone back in today for my cycle monitoring and she’s said I can only have 3 months more Letrozole and that I shouldn’t have had anymore than 6 months really..
I didn’t ask (but should have) if this is due to a risk to me or just because I’ve filled my NHS quota of Letrozole 😅 does anyone know if there’s a reason why they usually cap it at 6 months?

Im just a bit concerned as I know I can get pregnant on Letrozole/trigger shot and I don’t want to run out of tablets before a pregnancy actually sticks!
