Clear blue - thin lines

Has anyone had a thin line on a clear blue early detection that turned into a true positive and not just an evap line?

I was beyond excited this morning when a line appeared straight away, full line with colour but thin. Now I've spent the morning reading and it's obvious that clear blue are well known for their evap lines and I've had them before but when the test has been left for an hour or so. This appeared as I was watching it.

I know no one can really give me an answer and I just need to wait but just after peoples experiences. After a year of trying I'm aware I'm probably clutching at straws x

I’ve also had way too many clear blue evap lines to really trust them anymore. The digitals are great but I much prefer the frers for lines now. If the line came up quickly I’d be tempted to get a frer to test with tomorrow morning, so you’ll hopefully know either way. 🤞🤞 for you!

Can I ask what ended up happening here? I've had 2 in the past 12 hours that have developed within a minute but are thin!!!

I had another one the following day which again was thin. But the day after I had obvious negative ones (different brands). I'm just waiting for my period to start now and I'll test again if it doesn't appear.

I've so much about clear blue over the last few days and really won't be using them again. I really thought that this was it.

@ByJollyZebra thank you so much for replying. I did 5.. 5!!!.. of the clearblue and all within the 3 mins a blue thin line appeared. Went out and got a red dye one and BFN. I am never ever using a clearblue again!
9/10 dpo now so I think that's me for this cycle and no more money being wasted.
How long have you been trying for? 😘

@Ruby233 was the pink dye an early detection test?
I'm not using them again either, not worth the heartache and they're so much money!

I'm obviously not hopeful for this cycle but we're not out until our periods here 🤞

We're just coming up to a year, my third but my partners first. Just starting the process of getting tests done because I'm 36 this year. How about you? X
