Does anyone have any feedback on using impryl. Sadly I've got a terrible sperm count so I'm trying for the all hail Mary options to see if it can be improved in anyway. I've read it can help with egg quality. Me and my partner have had bad luck so far with our icsi rounds so far. 3 cycles, no blastocysts 😥.
Any advice/replies would be much appreciated.
