I can see the very faintest of faint lines! Sometimes they're easier to see if you look from a distance - that picture is very zoomed-in!

Foxlovesfruit · 16/03/2025 17:35

I can a line! Very faint but there x

SaltedPotato · 16/03/2025 20:24

I can see a line! Looks like the first lines I've had with my positives. Xx

HallidayJones6779 · 16/03/2025 20:25

Yep, I see it! Congrats! Xxx

Kayleaaa · 16/03/2025 20:53

I see it!

Lanawondering · 18/03/2025 12:54

OMG!! Really?? It will be a pure miracle as my ovulation and periods are completely unpredictable… I am testing now every day and there is always a second line but they look to me more like an evap lines and it seems like my ovulation teast will be positive soon… completely confused, posting the test from the last two days and to mention if I do the test in the afternoon there is no second line at all, nada… so, again, confused, any ideas or experience ladies that you can share? Pleeeease!!!!

Kayleaaa · 18/03/2025 13:04

A good way to check for evaps are if you dip a test in water and see if it looks the same!
Maybe in the afternoon you're too hydrated? Are you holding in your pee for 2 to 4 hours without drinks?
I'm in the same boat right now so these are pretty much my only tips haha

Lanawondering · 18/03/2025 14:32

Yea, I am, for the afternoon, but I’m definitely going to do the water test tomorrow morning as I think it’s the best time. I’ve uploaded some photos but I can’t see them will try again, thank you all for the support!! Wish me luck..!!

Aha, images under review, I guess I’ll have to wait… my favourite thing to do:)

OP posts:
Lanawondering · 18/03/2025 14:34

Oh, it appeared! Honestly, they look like evaps but when I got nothing in the afternoon I don’t know what to think…

Sorry, too many posts, these are from yesterday… fum

WeeOrcadian · 18/03/2025 16:42

I see something but it doesn't appear to have any colour

Try again. FMU, dip the test, use a pink dye test such as FRER

HallidayJones6779 · 18/03/2025 19:03

I’m seeing lines! They look like my early positives xx

Lanawondering · 19/03/2025 11:36

Hi all, well, the lines are still here, only with fum, nothing when tried with water or an afternoon test or I even tested my husband… sorry, tmi… but as much as I really really want this to be true, I don’t think I’m pregnant… if I was the tests should have stronger and more visible lines by now, it’s a few days before my period or a few days after, as I said it’s unpredictable and I just started trying to get it under control with supplements, clean eating, exercising, enough sleep any chance I get and balance everything. I’ll keep testing every day even just for the sake of getting my period back to some resemblance of normal. My boobs are definitely heavier, fuller and tender, I can see the thick blue veins but again, I think my hormones are playing with me. So cruel… is it possible to have those lines not because I’m pregnant but because my hormones are out of balance and before period and they are more concentrated in the morning? I think in my previous researches I found out that is possible so if that’s the case than I’ll continue what I’m doing and see what’s going to happen. I’ll keep you posted, thank you all for all the positive answers, I should have tried earlier but I was in a such dark place mentally I just couldn’t even imagine I’ll get out. And now I’ll found out a way to be out and perhaps I missed my last chance for another baby. But I’m not going to grieve this time… I did what I had to do to survive and protect my family, which I still have so if I’m still longing for another baby… I know I will… we’ll just adopt… I have no issues if I gave birth to a baby/child in order to love him or her, nor my husband so there’s always another option… I’ve always planned to adopt but after my third child… obviously I have to and I will count my blessings and again I’ll do what I have to do, no matter what as I am not going back in the dark place… sorry, too long just lost myself thinking

Ok, that’s just not fair now… obviously my hormones and body want to drive me crazy the more I resist to get into that madness of testing and unable to think about anything else… I had a clear positive and than 4 negatives I think the same brand, what does this mean?… am I having a chemical? On the rest of them I still see some faint lines but the positive one turned pink in a matter of seconds… hence I frantically did 4 more… so still have no idea what is happening and still will be testing tomorrow…

@Lanawondering i feel for you so much! It’s such a tricky business. Would you try a digital? They are just so bloody expensive.

I could definitely see a line on the first tests you posted. And on the follow up tests I think I can see something in the ones that look empty. Can you see something outside of the photo?

I am in a similar position myself - I had a period and then went to a fertility scan on Tuesday to start IVF and they told me I had thick uterine lining and a small sac (would be 4 weeks 2 days). I don’t think it is possible to be pregnant this month unless I ovulated really late but tests are showing a line that looks like your middle tests up there which doesn’t feel like it would be the case at this stage in the month so I’m just so confused too. We are in this together!

It’s horrible, isn’t it? Not knowing. So so sorry that you going through the same game… fells like Russian roulette… I also think that I can’t be pregnant and I’ve promised myself that I won’t spend money on digital or frer test until I get at least some consistent results as last time, after 5 miscarriages and being pregnant for 7th time I just couldn’t help it and spent a fortune… so no… not giving in again for that madness. And same like you I really have no idea when I ovulated and when my period should come, I could be late already or there might be still at least a week or even longer. So back again to the crazy waiting game. At least I’m not alone this time:) we can be crazy together:)

Oh I’m so sorry you have experienced that. Totally understand re not wanting to splurge more on digital tests. Let’s go crazy together! It’s good to have someone else to go through it with.

I haven’t been pregnant before so this is all very new to me. I came off hormonal contraception 7 years ago and while we weren’t actively trying to get pregnant for around 4 years there was absolutely nothing happening. We got fertility testing done 3 years ago and they said my egg count was a bit low for my age. We decided to leave things at the time and have only been trying for a few months, but actually didn’t this month as we were both apart roughly around ovulation time so it didn’t happen and that’s why I didn’t test. I don’t test ovulation religiously so it is possible that I do ovulate late sometimes. I have just sortve accepted that I can’t get pregnant and we had been considering adoption but we thought let’s just give IVF a go. If it wasn’t for the IVF scan and her saying about the sac and thick lining I would’ve just assumed that was a normal period and wouldn’t have tested. And also what on earth is it if it isn’t?! I’ve also been sick all week with a sinus infection so I’m just lying here obsessing.

I can definitely see a faint line on all your tests, but other people are saying the opposite. I do wonder if I hallucinate lines because I want to see them so much for everyone!

SaltedPotato · 20/03/2025 11:11

Whenever I've been pregnant and HCG has been misbehaving it's been potentially ectopic/pregnancy of unknown location. In one instance my HCG (on blood tests) went from 71 down to 12 then the following week when tested was over 100. Might be worth getting in touch with your local early pregnancy unit for advice xx

FloatingThroughLife · 21/03/2025 23:29

Any update on this OP? I'm going through something similar. Super faint lines consistently using one step. Are these one step? X
