IVF- would you class this as my 1st day of my period?

Hi all!
Would like some opinions please! Due to start my stimulation injections for our first round of IVF on the 2nd day of my period but I’m not sure if this would class as my first day. The nurse said to us that it’s the first sight of bright red blood- even if it’s just a wipe after the wee before bed it would still class as day 1.
Well it’s not before bed but it I’ve filled a full pad and it’s mainly dark blood but I’ve had this when I wiped (sorry for the TMI picture- but really want to get this right!)
Would you class this as fresh blood?

Yea

A lot of clinics will have a ‘time of day’ they consider the bleed to be day 1 or not, ie. Before 12pm or 6pm consider day 1, otherwise day 1 is the day after. Your clinic should tell you their policies

Hello, thank you for your response. My IVF nurse said I should still class it as day 1 even if it’s right before bed. Not a specific time but it implies it could still be late and classed as day 1.
