How lovely to have a positive so early in the thread!

I was very briefly on the March thread but I started bleeding from my Feb miscarriage again so left.

I used to be 0.2 on my ovulation tests for ages then 0.4 just for a few days before my peak. I started testing 10 days ago and I've been 0.4 the whole time so absolutely no clue when to start the every other day sex. We've been doing every 3 days because it's too exhausting if no peak comes for weeks and weeks!

For anyone else who's had a miscarriage, how long till you ovulated after?

Hi everyone! I’ve already got a DD who was born a few days before Christmas, so although two Christmas birthdays would be challenging (to say the least lmao), I don’t know if I want to miss a month of trying as I’m 39 in June and this will be my third cycle of TTC. Idk what to do help haha.

I can’t remember for sure with my third miscarriage as baby’s heart stopped at 12 weeks it was a mmc and I had to have surgery, bled out 2 days later and ended up back in hospital, that one took me a while to recover from (nearly 2 years I havnt fell pregnant) finally got my positive pregnancy test yesterday, I’m still in shock and very wary but I’m not under recurrent miscarriage clinic so will have all early scans progesterone etc if all is well, with my first 2 miscarriages they were very early on and my ovulation pretty much went back to normal, I hope that helps xx

Sorry to see some of you over from March thread but let's hope for some more positives this month!

I'm on CD7 and my acupuncturist said she recommends DTD every other day from CD7 to CD21 so we're gonna give that a crack this month. I'm kind of glad to be back in the phase of the cycle where there's actually something you can do instead of just waiting the whole time.

Hi, I’m about to start using the easy@home LH strips… any tips?
I’ve used the clearblue before but I’m not sure of cycle timings at the moment due to a loss so I wanted to try a cheaper version!!!

That is some much baby dancing. I cannot be arsed with it 😂 am I the only one that has a massively reduced sex drive after the last baby??? I so wish once a week was enough to conceive. How do you stop it feeling transactional????

im on cd 13 did my usual ov test, judging from this test when do you think ovulation will be?

That looks really strong. Isn’t it suppose to be 12 hours or so from this test that the egg releases and then the egg is viable for a further 12-24 hours? Or have I got that totally wrong 😂

@Room4onemore I use the same brand and also struggling to determine the exact time of my ovulation. However, I would say you should ovulate in the next day or two.

Hi girls, my question is the same. This is my LH test this morning. Does this look like I am close to ovulation. Hubby is away for work this weekend so we only have the next couple of days to try. I hope I am in my fertile window and it's not too early? I am cd 11

@jelliebean9 feel exactly the same , we can just about manage every other day week leading up to ovulation but by the final day defo going through the motions 🤷🏻‍♀️

Used the fertility cups this cycle and also BD 2 days before opk peak and 2 days after ✨✨

That looks very strong! I think they say anywhere between 12-36 hours after a positive, good luck xx

No I did have massively reduced sex drive after my daughter but it's come back now. We tend to try and do it during the day when my daughter is at preschool as we both work from home which I think helps as we're both pretty knackered by the time we get into bed. Usually even if I feel a bit tired, once I get into it it's all good, he's very enthusiastic about making sure I have a good time so it's easy to get on board.

I'm not entirely sure I want to admit this, but something that does help if I'm feeling a bit meh is I listen to an audio book with a good sex scene cus it kind of gets me in a better headspace. We also try to change it up a bit so it doesn't get too samey, but this is only cycle no4 of trying so I'm sure if it doesn't happen soon I'll have to find new ways to approach it 🙃

Hi everyone, jumping over from previous thread when I did get my BFP but sadly it was a chemical. One MC, one chemical so this cycle has got to be third time lucky, surely?! Trying to keep positive at least.

I was actually thinking I need to download some more cheesy romance books on my kindle. Cos I’m the same, it helps switch my brain off from mum mode to get me into the right space! It’s definitely the leaving it till bedtime and being exhausted that puts me off the multiple times a week thing 😂 any saucy book recommendations anyone 😂

Hi all im not due to try till next month (may) but my opk came in the post yday (never tracked before) so thought let me track march and april before i try...and i just wanted to confirm if this was normal

I tested yesterday and it was low 1.25 but now this morning ive got a positve ovulation test? Does that seem right as i swear it should get progressively darker??

No it can suddenly surge, but also between 11am and then 8am the next day, is plenty of time. You might see a gradual rise if you take loads through the day, but one a day you will see a sudden shift ☺️
