Clearblue positive or evaporation?

Hi ladies, needing some advice.
I have taken 2 clearblue ultra earlies, 1 yesterday and 1 first this this morning.
I am unsure if I am seeing evaporation lines or this is a positive? AF due "today" but I'm very irregular due to the mini pill.
Just really anxious not actively TTC as my partner is fanatical about me remaining on the pill, despite it causing me so many issues and really anxious this is a positive.
The faint line on the one this morning is definately blue and not grey/colourless..have heard this are notorious for this but just needing some reassurance before all hell breaks loose!

That 100% looks positive to me. Congratulations!

Positive ! I took one yesterday and had stark white.

This is the "positive" I had this morning, first pee, took a second about an hour later, negative. Just really unsure this is positive or evaporation? Period due anytime from today so not sure if it's worth a digital yet or to wait?

@IrishBaker my negative had absolutely no sign of a line whatsoever and even after an hour was plain white. I really think this could be the start of a BFP for you ✨ but you’re so right to be optimistically cautious. Why don’t you save your digital for Monday morning first wee? X

Personally I would say they are evap lines. You only have to search on here to see how many people have thin evap lines and aren’t pregnant.

Obviously no one can for definite you are or aren’t pregnant. But I wouldn’t trust those lines. You can get digital tests that are very sensitive at 10miu. Use one of those to know for definite.

I'm really sorry, I disagree and think this is an evap. The test line should be the same width and colour as the control line. Even if it's faint, it should still be thick. These lines look very skinny. There are many threads on hear with clear blue tests, might be useful to search for them so you can compare your tests. Alternatively, a pink dye test from first response or boots early detect, will give you a much easier to read result. Fingers crossed for you!

IrishBaker · 08/03/2025 13:59

Thanks so much everyone for your responses! I agree think this is evaporation, looking at others it's really deceptive since it's blue? I have no symptoms other than sore boob's but tend to get that coming up to period!
Early detection digital negative and pink dye strip negative!
Will test again with all 3 Monday morning! I wish I could get excited but my partner will not be on board with a positive outcome and I'm honestly terrified

I also think evap. These were mine. The line is too thin OP but I hope I'm wrong.
