Has anyone used Vitex and found it helped regulate their cycle and ovulation?
I have stage 4 endometriosis and I decided to try the Depo shot after being pressured by the hospitals gynos to go back on the pill after my DD was born.
I found the pill didn’t stop my period at all when I used to be on it so I decided to try something else.
I was on the Depo for a year and I came off of it in November. My periods have been messed up ever since. I won’t bleed for ages then I’ll go every two weeks.
Everytime I get a postive ovulation test I bleed 3 days later.
I feel so stupid for not researching this shot enough, but I was in a rush and honestly was not planning another child and ever since coming off this shot, I get so unwell from the way it causes my endo to flare up
