Is this positive or an evap? Came up pretty much immediately, it's only a cheap test. I'm 11 or 9dpo so early.

I have zero patience so I did another one...

Look positive to me! Evaps are generally after the time limit. If I’m not sure I’ll dip one in water as a control

I would take those as positives but wait for a few days and test again if your periods don't appear,
