BBT Newbie this cycle - when did I ovulate?

Hello everyone,

First time using BBT this cycle and I'm still confused as to when I ovulated even with OPKS as I thought adding BBT would make it easier to pinpoint ovulation.

I've attached photos. Please help 🙏

I think cd16 or 17 as you've had your peak and then confirmed with a temp drop around those days
But im sure the more diehard bbt do-ers can confirm

I'd say probably CD16 but you'll need a few more temps to confirm. Also, download Fertility Friend as the graph is a lot easier to interpret that PreMom (and also is more responsive to the data you input).

This morning it has dropped to 35.55°C

I’m not an expert but I think if it was my chart I’d probably take CD17 as ovulation day… I think for whatever reason the 35.55 may not be accurate. So ignoring that one, you do start getting a temp rise after CD17. Plus most people ovulate 24-36 hours after OPK peak, so with your OPK being CD15 in the afternoon, I think CD17 for ovulation seems most logical. That’s just the assumption I’d take though, I’ve been tracking a while but am no expert!!

I would also assume day 17, plug the info into fertility friend (excluding that v low temp) and see what they say. Something dumb like sleeping with your mouth open can have a massive effect on your BBT so anything that looks weird I exclude. As @RoseannesMamma says, ovulation shouldn’t be too late after LH peak and you should see a BBT rise within 1-2 days of ovulation.

Even if the exact date is hard to pinpoint, BBT looks to be confirming that you did ovulate which is great 😊
