Implantation bleed last 3 days!!!

I ovulated 12 days ago have been trying to concieve On 10dpo I started getting briwn when I wipe this was red on one occasion then the next day was brown again nothing going into pad and waking up with nothing there just when I wipe it's now day 3 of this and its still brown when I wipe ?
Is this implantation do you think?
Also got mild cramping and lower backache

Did a pregnancy test but was negative this morning

My implantation ‘bleeding’ lasted weeks. It was never red but lots of pink and very dark brown.

It was nothing like any other spotting I’ve had before.
