14dpo test!! Terrified!

Hi can anyone please help calm me down? Been TTC over a year after a 19 week loss, and I had a chemical in September. Just done a test and it's positive but I'm panicking the second line isn't dark enough!! I really thought AF was coming so I'm in absolute shock and can't tell anyone yet as I'm at work!!!! 😬🤯

@Pennyroses that line looks good to me! I’ve been lingering on these kinds of posts for a few months and I’d be happy with that line for 14dpo! Maybe you only implanted on day 10

Congratulations!! I bet the line would be darker with FMU, it's middle of the day.

Sorry to hear about your losses and understand your nervousness. But congratulations! The strip tests generally take a lot longer to get darker. That looks very similar to mine at 14DPO. I did carry on testing (because I'm also anxious and find the progression reassuring) and was about 3-4 days later both lines were equally dark. I'm now 5+4 weeks and still anxious but am trying to accept I am pregnant and for now it's sticking around 🥰 good luck lovely!

@Clara202 Thankyou so much, hours right I'd think anyone else's line like that would be fine but it's because it's mine - I don't trust it!! 😢😂 The awful reality of pregnancy after loss. I'm so shocked honestly, we were going to start IUI in a couple of months! Praying so hard this baby sticks 🙏🏼

@MummyV2021 thankyou so much for those kind reassuring words 🤗 I hope it does darken over the next few days!! It's already a lot darker than my chemical was and with the first loss I got a dye stealer but that was at 18 dpo, didn't think to test before that!!

That looks a good line. Strip tests do take a while to darken. I'm 13dpo today (AF day) and these are my Boots test and One Step test (both allegedly 10miu) from this morning, along with a Sainsbury's test from this afternoon (darker, although the leaflet simultaneously says it's 25miu and 5 days early 🤷‍♀️). Time will tell for both of us I guess! Good luck!
