I am just wondering if anyone has had any success in using oestrogel to help them ovulate or conceive? My husband & I have been trying for 7 years to have another baby but with a low AMH count & irregular periods along with cysts & menopause symptoms I have been on on HRT for my own wellbeing. We have seen private fertility clinics in the passed ( this is how I new about the AMH count) who haven't been able to help and most recently have been told at 38 I wouldnt have any other choice than egg donors which obviously was upsetting. However I was thinking of taking a month or 2 off the hrt to see what happens, but was interested to know if you could take the oestrogel to a certain point in the cycle then hope for ovulation? I don't know 🙈!!
I am lucky to have my little or now not so little girl who we both cherish, but I'm always forever hopeful to give her a sibling & be able to enjoy being a mum again. 🩷
