Evap or BFP? HELP!!

My wife is currently 9dpo and we’ve had this line appear on a ClearBlue Early detection.

The test read as negative after 3 minutes so she put it down- then about an hour later when she went back in the room it looked like this. Is it an evap line? We know you’re supposed to throw the test away and as she stopped reading the test at 3 mins and only came back an hour later we don’t know when the line appeared. We have a test leftover from yesterday (8dpo) which has no line on.

With our first child she tested positive on a FRER at 10dpo on an evening wee.

She seems to have symptoms such as severe bloating and hunger and as her cycles are 31-32 days and she ovulates on day 13 we think it’s too early for these to be symptoms of PMS.

What’s your thoughts guys?

This is exactly the same as what happened to me! 7dpo and a line like that, it did come up after the two minutes so I’m a bit stumped. hopefully our morning tests will show another line. Best of luck

Aww it’s confusing isn’t it? Hope for the best for you!

I think with the line being so thin, it is possibly an evap. I had a similar thin line on a clear blue that came after about an hour. I had attached a pic.

I do hope that you get the result you want though.

I would say that’s an evap line. It’s too thin and likely came up after too long. So I wouldn’t trust it as a positive.

It’s an evap line. Sorry x
