I think it's an invalid test, 6/7 DPO is too early, your body won't have started to provide enough HCG yet for a home pregnancy test to detect (even the really ultra sensitive ones), but you aren't out yet🤞🏼

Positive signs then!
have been having dull period type cramps, super blocked nose (could just be getting ill) and super tired too! Sleeping like 9-9.5 hours a night lol.
