Which conception vitamins to take??

I've bought the centrum conception vitamins but I'm wondering if anyone knows if they're good or not? Are there any better ones anyone can recommend! Any that are good for improving cervical mucus too? Xx

Hi having read ‘its starts with the egg’, I have been taking Ovum fertility supplements and on top taking extra vitamin C, E and omega 3. This mix is basically everything it says to take in the book if you don’t have PCOS. Ovum are very expensive though be warned.
