Help! When did I ovulate?

Hi ☺️
This is the first month I've tracked BBT and I feel very confused by it 😐

I started using clear blue ovulation sticks on cd8 and had low fertility on cd8, 9, 10, 11 and 12.

I had a dip in temperature on cd12 and then had peak fertility on clear blue morning of cd13. I did another cheap OPK on evening of c13 and it also seemed positive. My temp increased on CD13.

However I'm confused as I thought that the temp would rise AFTER ovulation not on the same day as testing positive on OPK?

We DTD on cd11 and cd13 and will again tonight (cd14) but I'm worried we've missed it?

Any clarity would be much appreciated!

Hey, I think it takes a few months to get to grips with testing, and BBT etc is only an indicator, so don't put too much pressure on the first go!

It might help to use the cheap OPK strips daily as you get an actual reading from them, so it's easier to spot when it's rising.

You're absolutely right...this is first month of testing BBT and I definitely need to get more into the swing of it!

My temp is raised again today and I had negative OPK yesterday so still not sure on when I ovulated 🙈 I guess time will tell!
