Cramping

Hi everyone,

My AF arrived yesterday (like clockwork) I always experience bad cramps around this time but yesterdays was the worst ive experienced. Regular painkillers didn't really help and they normally do. After a couple of hours it passed. Then again last night it was bad. I feel a bit rough today, mildly nauseated and bit headachey, also my AF is a lot lighter than normal, which is unusual for the first couple days of my cycle.

I haven't done a test since 10 or 11 soo which was negative. I am going to do one when I get home just to be 100% but has anyone experienced similar and been pregnant?

Are pregnancy cramps normally worse that AF cramps? I thought they were less intense.....

Thank you in advance.

Pregnancy cramps are lighter than AF cramps normally. The one time I had cramps worse than AF was when I sadly had an MC. Definitely do another test though given that your symptoms differ from your normal AF symptoms. I hope you get the result you want x
