hi
what has everyone’s experience been like with Wondfo? I have had stark white negative tests (different brands) up until this eve when I got a v v v faint line with wondfo. I’ve had bad cramping and back ache and also brown discharge since yesterday. I am around 11/12dpo.

Sounds like it could've been a chemical x

MummyV2021 · 16/02/2025 20:19

I wouldn't necessarily jump to a chemical from that information. What you are describing could quite possibly be implantation OP and a very early BFP. I'd wait a few days and test again to see if you have a more visible line. Try and stick to just one brand of test as well. Good luck!

BeSassyPanda · 16/02/2025 20:28

Thank you. Just feel I should be getting darker lines at 11/12dpo / 2 days until period?! So much conflicting information online!! I will stick with the wondfo now as that’s all I have left!

Lots of things can impact the strength of the line... time you test, how diluted your urine is, sensitivity of the test, when you actually ovulated and when you implanted. If the cramps and discharge you're describing have just happened and that was actually implantation then I'm surprised you can already see a line to be honest! Since implantation can happen right up to 12DPO some people might only have a faint positive the day of their missed period so I wouldn't compare or worry just yet. Only way to tell is to test again in 48+ hours since HCG generally doubles every 2 days. Also try and get an FRER as they tend to be much clearer than the strip tests

BeSassyPanda · 17/02/2025 07:52

@MummyV2021 thank you that is a really helpful response. I think it’s easy to see other people getting BFP at 8/9/10dpo and compare. But I suppose you’re right, if I didn’t implant until 11dpo it’d still be early for detectable HCG. I had a BFP in November at 12dpo which sadly ended in miscarriage at 8weeks and I’ve read about late implantation increasing chance of miscarriage

These are all Wondfo. Top is today (possibly 19 DPO im not certain) and then each below is the day before.

The first and faintest was only a day or so after I would have expected my period and is very faint.

I've had bloods done and know for a fact my HCG has increased 220% between the first and third tests here. But the line isn't massively stronger despite that 220% rise!

I actually find these wondfos the most sensitive! When I had a chemical (I am not at all suggesting yours is) I was getting obvious lines on these first, before FRERS.

I agree with the PP that you could have been experience implantation and this is the start of your pos tests. It's not too late to be getting a vvv fl.

Fingers crossed for you 🤞

Springadorable · 17/02/2025 10:58

It takes a few days after implantation for HCG to be high enough to test, so from the order of what you've said that spotting isn't implantation bleeding. But that doesn't mean you're out yet - unless the blood gets redder or heavier I'd retest in a few days x

BeSassyPanda · 17/02/2025 14:17

@Springadorable sorry what do you mean? I started spotting on Saturday morning and then got a v v faint line on Sunday evening does that not tie up with implantation bleeding?

BeSassyPanda · 17/02/2025 14:19

@PregnantForNow congratulations:)
did you test before your period was due?

No, you need three to four days between implantation and a positive early test x

MummyV2021 · 17/02/2025 18:02

Sorry @Springadorable but I don't agree with you at all. I had implantation cramping evening of 7dpo into 8dpo and got my first VVFL on evening of 9DPO. Everyone is different and a lot of people get a vfl within about 48hours of implantation (hence seeing some BFPs at 8DPO when the earliest you can implant is 6DPO). It all comes down to sensitivity of test, exact levels of HCG and the dilution of the urine at the time of testing

So even by your timings it's not long enough for the OP if it's around 36 hours

MummyV2021 · 17/02/2025 18:22

@Springadorable I'm not sure why you're so hell bent on being so negative. Going straight in suggesting OP is having a CP and being adamant that this couldn't possibly be a BFP for her. It could be either. I was simply presenting the possibility that this could be a BFP and there is no way of knowing which way it's going without giving it some time and seeing if she gets a stronger line or not. The spotting and cramping don't have to have happened exactly when implantation did and might have happened slightly after so could well have been 48 hours before her positive test.

BeSassyPanda · 17/02/2025 19:20

Thanks @MummyV2021 i appreciate your positivity. I hope you’re right. I do agree with you, just because I bled at a certain point doesn’t indicate implantation happened at that exact moment!! There will almost certainly be a delay. Will test tomorrow and see where I’m at.

How are you getting on @BeSassyPanda ?

BeSassyPanda · 19/02/2025 07:09

Sadly AF arrived yesterday. I think it was a dodgy test as I never got another positive! Onto next month..!
