hi ladies

ttc for some time now and last week had breast tenderness and metallic taste in my mouth yesterday AM. Both not usual prior to period.

period due by Monday earliest

yesterday bought preg tests to test today morning

then had some cramping last night and started period with clots which is unusual for me, as well as early period.

does this sound like a chemical pregnancy?

is there any point testing in the morning?

trying unsuccessfully for nearly a year now so wanted to know if I did get pregnant or not.

thank you!

Hi lovely, sounds like a very confusing time for you. Do you know when you ovulated? I've had a few chemicals myself and have always found I've had a faint positive for at least a few days after I started bleeding. If you would rather know, then I'd suggest testing in the morning to see. You might not see anything. Although best if your tests are sensitive/early ones - which test did you get?

Hiya thanks for the reply. I think I ovulated day 16 of this cycle and my cycles are around 29/30 days.

actually forgot there’s an extra day in January so probably was about right in terms of cycle length

I just have a Morrisons brand preg test
