Hello, Totally new to this- Can you help?

I have taken a very early pregnancy test ( one week before period would be due!)

Is there a faint line? What does this mean so early?

I think I see a line but it does look very thin so not sure if that would count as a positive. I would test again in a couple days

Did it come up in the test time frame or did you leave it ages? Because you can get false positives if you leave them too long
