Did a clear blue (non digital ) yesterday and came up with a line but this morning I did a digital and said not pregnant but when I opened it up there were 3 lines what does it mean 😩

There's always 3 lines on a digital but they are less sensitive than more tests so it may be your HCG aren't high enough yet for a digital to show positive

The lines inside the digital don’t mean anything, that’s now how the test is read, the answer on the screen is the accurate one.

Is it possible your previous test was an evap line? Clear Blue are awful for them? Or it may just be too early

You can't read CB digital tests like that I'm afraid. It could either be an evap line on your first test or that your HCG isn't high enough to be detected by a digital as they are less sensitive. I would retest in a couple days

Hiya I’m experiencing the same and wondered if you were indeed pregnant please?
thank you
