Not getting 'peak' OPK

Hi all,
I keep getting 'high' readings and not getting a peak one before the test results start to get lower again. Am I just simply not ovulating?

TTC no.3. Never used these test before. Took a year to conceive DD1 and 1st try DD2. Currently on cycle 4/5

Hi OP, are you using the Easy at Home OPK strips or another make? If not E@H the tests should be recorded in the right tab, either 'Premom' strips or 'Other' for any other brand.

If it is E@H could it be you ovulate much later - they can up and down a bit before surge? Or testing with urine that isn't very diluted? There is a chance you had a quick surge on CD 14 that you missed as it was a 14 hour gap between tests. When the test starts getting high I had to test upto 4 times a day to catch my peak as it only lasted 12 hours. FMU is actually the result of the night before rather than the day so best to test after 11am when you see a High.

I'm such a fool! I never even realised there were other strips to add to different sections at the top! Thank you.

So I'm guessing it's a possibility I could've had a peak test between those 14 hours, had I have tested again.

I'd guess you probably ovulated on CD 15 as your OPKs the previous day were looking quite dark and they've since lightened. It can be so easy to miss the peak if it's very quick. If it's any condensation I've very rarely caught my peak on an OPK this time round, but AF rocks up about 13 days afterwards so I assume I am actually ovulating despite never catching those ultra dark lines...
