When to DTD

I know this might sound stupid, but it's my first month using OPK. Hub and I DTD for the last 3 nights, which is a lot for us atm with a small child and being tired. I got the two solid lines on the OPK on Thursday afternoon after also testing in the morning and they were still solid yesterday.
So we DTD Wed, Thurs and Fri. Would you go again tonight if it were you? The line has massively faded this morning so the peak has passed. I know ovulation can be up to 48 hours after. I'm just tired and not sure if it'd be pointless from a TTC point of view (who said romance is dead?! ha) now that the peak has passed.
What would you do if it were you?

Say if OPK is positive day 13, then day 9, 11, 13, 14 (in the morning possibly)..something like that..Best to have done it beforehand so sperm is already waiting for the egg..it's often recommended every second day so sperm can regenerate

If you had your positive OPK on the Thursday I would say that weds + Thurs is perfect as sperm needs to be in before ovulation and ovulation happens within 12/48 hours of OPK. Ideally you would DTD during 3 days before and on the day. But it's a lot.
I am part of those who cannot DTD every other day for a month so I'm the same I only DTD around ovulation time. Hope it helps xx
