Hi everyone
moving over to March now as AF has arrived today. That means my last cycle was 26 days. My cycles haven’t been the same since being on the depo injection. I’ve had 33, 28, 31, 29, 21 lol. As long as I ovulate then I’m happy.

Is temperature the only way to know if you have actually ovulated?

I think you’ve worded it quite well there @BerrieSweet! Also now on cycle 3, wondering why dtd in the fertile window hasn’t worked. And now beyond the point now where we conceived DD so trying to bat away the intrusive thoughts of ‘there’s something wrong with you’, more just that we were very lucky with DD!

@Miffy1994 Totally get it, I've read that not every egg is the perfect one and if that's the case I'm glad the body "bins" it now rather than later and that it ends in a BFN 💕 (sorry if that's the wrong English) It's our turn soon!!!

@carolinep3 I've been looking into ways to lengthen it and was thinking I'll contact the GP. I had a MMC last year and my cycles don't seem to be the same since. Some are a little longer or shorter and some really heavy 🤔

Finally confirmed ovulation on the 20th. So 2dpo and in the TWW.

@Pleasestopjumpingonthesofa I think you said you were around the same time. How are you getting on?

Cd15 for me and still no positive test. Blank circle on clear blue and low on premom

Good that you know where you are! Yes, that was me. OPK indicated ovulation was probably on the 21st but BBT hasn't risen so...not quite sure. If it rises tomorrow that will make sense, otherwise it might have been an LH peak but not the LH peak. Testing once a day to see what they do.

Kind of hoping it was yesterday... we're both a bit sick of scheduled sex 🙈 do you think you managed to time things well for this cycle?

My bbt is always a slow rise so feels like it takes a while to confirm. Hopefully it rises tomorrow so you know where you are too.

I know what you mean! We were definitely sick of it. We have done it every day for the past two weeks but annoyingly only missed actual o day. So I'm hoping that's good enough! And just glad to take a break

Wow, you did really well. Not a chance we'd manage that, we've been aiming for every two days over the suspected fertile period so if I did ovulate yesterday we hit O-3 and O-1 which I'm pleased with. We were planning today too but... we'll see. There's a lot going on at the moment (not relationship stuff) and scheduled when you're a bit disinterested is one thing but scheduled when neither of you want it at all is a different matter!

@BerrieSweet CD16 here and positive OPK this afto so think i will ovulating tomorrow! Havent really managed to dtd much so hoping if we manage tonight and monday may still be in with a chance 🤞🤞

@Floralcat Exciting!! I think I'm going to ovulate tomorrow or monday, so we'll be close in our cycles 😍 If you can DTD tonight I think that's amazing, It only takes one sperm after all 🤭

I'm CD10 tomorrow but my apps are predicting that I will ovulate on CD19. Which is mental. The latest it's been before is CD17. I have been tracking temperature this month so it has new data so I'm curious to see what will happen. DP is away this weekend but we're gonna do every other day at least for a couple weeks when he's back just to try and cover the bases!

@AlbatrossSociety Ahh so annoying to wait 😂Do you do tests for ovulation? If you DTD every other day tho maybe testing would be unnecessary 🥰 Me and my DP can DTD once a day if we're not TTC but as soon as we TTC we feel more pressure and it takes the joy out of it, so we try to DTD 3-4 times ish in my fertile window.

I have never done before but did buy some clear blue sticks this month, I can't decide whether to use them or just got for the scatter gun approach 😅. Totally get what you mean about dtd, we seem to be in a pretty chilled place with it this month where every day/every other day is pretty much what we're doing anyway, but that hasn't been the case for each month we've been trying.

I'm going to acupuncture on Wednesday this week, pretty excited about that! And curious.

So glad that you're at a more chill place with the DTD thing 🥰 exciting and interesting with the acupuncture, I've heard about it but dosen't know a lot!

I'm sooo tired of not being preggo and doing all of this over and over again, I can't believe how hard it must be for people that have tried for years when this is how I feel in my third cycle

@AlbatrossSociety I'm also having acupuncture! It's great. Really think it helped things when I conceived DS. Let us know how you find it!

@berriesweet I felt like that, I'm on cycle 5 now 😣 I'm hoping if I don't get a BFP I at least start to calm into it a bit.

I've just read a really good book for impatient women trying to get pregnant. I've added a photo.

7DPO today. Feeling lots of cramping today! But think it’s just my body gearing us for my period! Reading people’s posts about acupuncture is getting me thinking about trying it!

Blinking smiley this morning as well, I think I will peak tonight or tomorrow morning and then ovulate after that that. ChatGPT thinks I'm about to ovulate soon based on my temp, very interesting! This is like a little experiment 😂

I get impatient at some parts of my cycle but then in others I'm really not. It's weird! The first cycle I spent up to ovulation super excited and wanting to be pregnant then as soon as I passed ovulation I was all "so...it would be nice for my period to show up so I can be reassured life is still normal" 😂that's slowly changing over time but there's still some times in the cycle I feel more "ready" than others. Hormones are crazy things!
