Orgasm 30 hours after IVF embryo transfer

I (37f) feel so stupid and fearful I've sabotaged this round of IVF by having an orgasm. I had an embryo/blastocyst transfer then masturbated (clitoral only, no penetration). I made the mistake of googling after and saw so many results saying to avoid orgasm as it may cause pelvic contractions that affect embryo implantation. We were told by our clinic to avoid sexual intercourse for 7 days after transfer, but only to give the vaginal wall a chance of healing and avoid risk of infection. They say there's no known harm with intercourse and the outcome of treatment. I feel I should've been more cautious and devastated now. Can anyone relate or advise?

I have read that actually havin an orgasm during the implantation window in natural conception can impact implantation sometimes so to this would be the same but try not to worry because a.. There us nothing you can do to change the outcome now and b., I am sure it isnt always a problem.
