No ovulation after chemical :(

I had a chemical in December, bled for 5 days like a period. Tested for LH every day but it was so up and down. Kept getting high readings but no peak at all. I started my period a few days early and am currently on CD4. Really hoping to ovulate this cycle 🥺 has anyone else not ovulated after a chemical?

When were your high readings? I've found over the past 3 years my LH levels have risen and fallen very quickly, so in that time I've only caught my peak once or twice! But I've always found AF to follow 13 or so days after any reading that's higher than about 0.2. Good luck!

I had high readings constantly, I had one CD19, CD20, CD22, CD23, CD24, CD25, CD28, CD30 and CD31 😂 but would go high 0.60-0.80 then go straight back down again. I really don't think I ovulated. I've only used LH tests twice, the month of my chemical my numbers stayed low until peak, then stayed high/peak for two days then went back low again. By these readings I think my hormones are just a bit messed up, taking maca root this cycle in the hopes that they sort themselves out 😭🤞🏼

I’m sorry for what you’ve been through. I have had MMC recently and looked into cycles returning ect ready for when we are ready to TTC again. It definitely says sometimes the cycle after MC you may not ovulate, so I assume it would be the same after a chemical too. If you experience a couple of months where you think you don’t ovulate definitely reach out to your GP and they should be able to look into this for you. Good luck with your TTC journey x

I got pregnant 2 cycles after my chemical. I ovulated super early that month so it was a surprise! Just on those readings - I have never had a positive ovulation test. I started doing them the first month we TTC for DS3 & the readings were all
over the place. I was convinced I wasn’t ovulating & we got pregnant that month!
