So I'm currently on CD23 10 or 11 DPO had sex 23rd January which I think was my ovulation day or I ovulated the 24th ... I have been having cramping in my left side and bad back pain , my period isn't due for another 4-5 days but my lower abdomen feels full like even right now I'm having period pains .... has anyone else had this and gotten there BFP ??
