When to start OPK testing?

When in the month do peoll3 start? Does anyone do it everyday or a certain number of days before predicted ovulation? Bit confused!

I started on CD8 as recommended by app but didn’t get peak until day 14 so think I will start around day 11 next time. I’d say do more first cycle so you get an idea of what yours look like :-)

I must ovulate early, soon as AF finishes it’s around 5days I see my lines

My cycle is around 32 days so I don't think I ovulate until around CD17 is so Ive started testing this month on CD 12

When I was testing I started CD12 as I knew I wouldn't ovulate until earliest CD14.
