I’ve been tracking my ovulation alongside doing the SMEP (sperm meets egg plan). This is how we conceived our daughter four years ago. We did it last night and tonight I’ve had a ‘high’ response on LH (pic attached)
SMEP says every other day until a peak and then everyday for three days… but I’m not sure if the app tells you when your peak is until you get one lower? If that makes sense.
Want to give myself the best chance but also wondering if every other day is better for ‘quality’ 😆
