OPK confusion - please help!

Hi everyone, was hoping for some advice please on my OPKs! First month of using them properly and I’m confused …

I have a 28-29 day cycle, fairly regular and always thought I ovulated day 14ish. I got a highish reading today but Premum says it’s 0.6, then a few hours later on it was faint again! What does this
mean? Can I have missed my peak if I was testing so regularly? Or was 0.6 my peak?

I’ve had a little bit of EWCM and slightly sore boobs but nothing to write home about!

My advice would be test at the same time daily and take the pictures in the same room / lighting for accurate results. All of your tests have different lighting etc which makes the results very inaccurate.

I would recommend testing from cycle day 7 and start testing twice a day to be sure. I have a 25-29 day cycle and I ovulate around CD 11-12. It's very easy to miss your peak.
