Bad cramping 4 weeks pregnant

Hi girls
I found out I was pregnant last week and I have been cramping on and off since. Today I am 4 weeks 5 days pregnant and since last night the cramping has been really painful and intense. I thought this morning it would calm down but it's still awful.

It's too early for the doctors to do anything so I just wanted to see if anyone had experience the same?

I do also have advanced endometriosis and I had a laparoscopy end of October to help with fertility (and luckily I got pregnant after this)

I'm just finding this really overwhelming and hard. I've not had any spotting or blood, but every time I go to the toilet I'm worried it will be there.

Any advice would be amazing thank you :)

@Irishgal1987 Got my fingers crossed that everything will be okay. I did bleed fresh red blood with my first at 8 weeks so I know how scary it can be x

@Irishgal1987 let us know how you get on! Will be thinking of you. Definitely good that you had no cramping!! When I had my early scan they said I had a cyst that might cause some bleeding, so it could even be something like that, especially now it's stopped? If you still feel pregnant that's also great! Hope you're okay the anxiety can be overwhelming at this time can't it xx

@tinybabydancer thank-you, I will! It’s the strangest thing, I’m hoping all is ok tomorrow. I’m completely floored today so pregnancy symptoms still there 😅 how are you today?

Good days and bad days for me! Some days I have a bit more energy which I love but others I just feel so sick and exhausted it's a struggle! I'm hoping the second trimester will be better! Hope you are all okay today xx

@tinybabydancer @AudreyJL ah girls I’m delighted to say all is ok with the baby 😊 the nurse said the bleed was potentially a twin loss, you could see another wee sac. Very shocked but also relieved that the baby is ok. What a relief!
sorry to hear the sickness and fatigue is flooring you. You could sleep standing up in first trimester couldn’t you haha.

@Irishgal1987 I am soooo pleased all is well! But wow that's a shock with the twin isn't it, I didn't know what could even happen. So pleased you are baby are okay I bet you feel a lot better ❤️❤️❤️

@AudreyJL oh god so I got prescribed some anti sickness tablets, turns out they do NOT agree with me and after taking one this evening I've been violently throwing up!!! 🤮 so that's been awful. It's say to say those tablets are not for me. How are you feeling?

@Irishgal1987 ah I’m so glad to hear that your scan went well and baby is okay! That must be such a relief!

@tinybabydancer oh no! I’m so sorry to hear that. Maybe GP can prescribe something else? I guess it’s a trial and error basis. I’m doing alright. Wearing baggy clothes mainly haha. Cramps are back tonight but hoping to sleep it off. Nausea is usually worse in the evenings.

@tinybabydancer @AudreyJL thanks so much girls, it was such a relief! Looking forward to the next scan now. How are yous both? I’m living the farigue, nausea and very sore nipples dream here haha. Any new food aversions or cravings?

@tinybabydancer @Irishgal1987 apologies for not being around. I’ve been floored with constant nausea. Had my private scan today and measuring on point with my date of conception and got to see and hear baby’s heartbeat. Hope the two of you are well x

@AudreyJL Aw how lovely, I’m sure it was such a relief seeing and hearing the heartbeat.
how are you doing? I’m feeling rotten too, exhausted and all day nausea.

@Irishgal1987 I started to bleed 2 days after hearing baby's heartbeat. Only a couple drops on the pad and it stopped the same day. Been having brown discharge since but midwife said it could just be old blood coming out and the positive scan was reassuring but I've been booked in for a scan this Tuesday to check on baby's progress. My symptoms have ramped up and I'm sick every evening.

@AudreyJL Aw how scary for you. How are you now? Hopefully it’s old blood and nothing to worry about. Hope your scan on Tuesday is positive.

@Irishgal1987 Thank you :) I've still be sick every evening. My scan on Tuesday went well. Baby measuring ahead and is moving perfectly and seemed unbothered by the bleed. How are you? x
