This is my first month off the pill. My boobs have been painful since last week - period due on Saturday this week.
It's super painful like a knife in my nipples, wearing a bra or in the car with a seat belt on is killing me.
Is this pre-period normal boob pain? I've been on the pill 6 years so can't remember what it was like before. I know painful boobs can be normal period PMT pain.
