I came off the pill and Jan had cramping for a week non stop then lots of ovulation discharge. Is this normal to cramp just before ovulation?
I have pcos so not sure if it's a cyst issue and that's why I had cramps before ovulation. I've been on the pill five years so forgotten what a normal period is.
Does anyone else get cramping before ovulation with pcos?
