Ovulation sticks

I've been taking ovulation tests for the past 2 cycles (currently on day 12 of my cycle) and none of them seem do get very dark. Has anyone else had this? I've bough another brand today and they seem even lighter. I think I ovulate over the next couple of days so going to keep testing but wondering if this is normal. Last month I had zero tests where the line was as dark as the test line

@LucyLou0527 I've been taking one in the morning and one in the evening but today I've done 3 and they're all so low

Is this the old brand or new?

The green is the original one I was using and the blue is the new one which was even lower so I did another green a few hours after. Are the lines supposed to be getting darker? Or just go dark when it peaks? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere

Maybe try using easy @home brand as I recently switched to them from MomMed and they should start to get darker when it's nearer your peak

And I noticed your putting them in the easy @home section on the app rather then putting them in where it says other

Just an update, I carried on testing and I'm getting my peak today. So I think I'm right in saying that it doesn't gradually get darker, it can go from pretty much nothing to peak within just a few hours

Thanks for posting this, I’m new to ovulation tests and a bit clueless! What CD are you getting your peak? I’m on day 10 and mine is pretty much always around 0.2 according to Premom app. Hope I get a peak at some stage too! Good luck 😉

@Glitter2707 I took 3 tests today which is day 15 and the middle one was the peak so if it's around 24 hours later it would mean I actually ovulate on day 16. As you can see my lines were all really faint up until today so hopefully it's the same for you. Hope it goes well xx
