Hi everyone just a quick question when would people say the best days to bd

Throughout the fertile period, but definitely the 27th (1 day before predicted ovulation). It's best to have the sperm there waiting for the egg! Do you use OPKs or take BBT to confirm ovulation?

As sperm can live for up to 5 days, the best time is to do it as much as you can in the 5 days before and up to 1-2 days after suspected ovulation. Are you tracking ovulation or is the app predicting dates based on your AF dates? The dates in purple (from today) are predicted to be your fertile window based on your ovulating on the 28th. If you're not tracking ovulation specifically, I'd try and do it at least every other day between now and this time next week and look out for other signs of ovulation :) good luck!!

Well def be tracking over next few days and get BDing for sure! When you get your peak, make sure you BD that day and the next (also the day after if you can face it) - that's a loose interpretation of the SMEP (sperm meets egg plan) anyway
