Implantation symptoms

TTC cycle 2.
I am 7 DPO today and had the strangest sensation in my abdomen that I have never felt before. It was like a tingling sharp nerve pain that lasted around 30 seconds followed by some light cramps in my back. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I didn’t have any pains at all but I had what they called implantation bleeding for a couple of weeks.
