Me and my bf had sex two weeks ago and I'm showing symptoms of pregnancy but it isn't showing on a test and I'm so confused if I'm pregnant or not and this is my second week in and I have a sore head,tingly tits,sore stomach, nausea, bloating and passing gas

These are all symptoms of PMS, as well as pregnancy. Have you missed a period? Really the only way to know is to see if you miss a period and then take a test.

I had heavy bleeding on Sunday and Monday and then it went away but I still have the symptoms

If you’ve had your period and tests are negative then you’re not pregnant. If you were far along enough to have symptoms you’d be far along enough for a positive test.

My period lasts 5 days and it didn't feel like my period this feels different and I still have the symptoms I had a faint line one day but the rest of the time were negative. Like my tits hasn't stopped tingling all day

If the tests are negative, you’re not pregnant. Wait a few days and take another test to be sure.

This is my second week with the symptoms and I'm starting to feel lightheaded
