I wonder if anyone could offer some advice, i have PCOS and have been trying to conceive since Nov 23
we had some tests done last year and all seemed to be fine, my biggest problem is my PCOS
i am taking 1500mg of metformin every day just to get a period, I have cut out alcohol, testing diets to try help my PCOS and taking lots of vitamins etc

last year i went through 3 rounds of Letrozole.
the first cycle ending in a miscarriage at 9 weeks.
last 2 failed.
Each cycle I took 2.5mg and ovulated (as shown on internal scans)

I have had a few months having a break to get mentally ready to start again.
I did have a few scans this month just to see if I could ovulate naturally on my own, and unfortunately I haven’t been able to.

my nurse has advised me that I have 3 more rounds of letrozole I could take or I could skip this and find a clinic who can offer IVF

myself and my husband are both ready to give this another go whichever way forward, but I don’t know which is the best way forward…

I have been told average success rate based on my age with letrozole is 20-30% and (told from a clinic) IVF 45%

is anyone able to offer any advice?
thank you :)
