I’ve started bbt tracking through my Apple Watch. I’m just wondering if anyone can give me some tips/knowledge on reading my chart?

did I have a implantation dip?

BBT often dips mid-luteal phase because of a secondary estrogen surge - this happens in both pregnancy and non-pregnancy cycles so isn't necessarily a sign of anything. From looking at the information you've provided (without any further context on OPKs etc) it looks like you ovulated five days ago, so too early to be implantation - I often get the secondary estrogen surge dip at 4-5DPO so what you have is consistent with my experience.

Wrist temperatures also aren't as reliable for BBT tracking as more vulnerable to external conditions than oral temperatures - for lots of people they are reliable enough to pick up trends over the course of a cycle (i.e. to determine that ovulation has occurred) but I would be wary about trying to read anything into one specific temperature over another. I track orally but also have a Garmin watch that has temperature data and whilst the overall trends are usually fairly consisent, the wrist temperatures are more prone to random spikes and drops.

Hi @ByJollyCrab this is just the baseline reading on the Apple Watch health but, so won't tell you anything specific and it will be difficult to confirm ovulation this way.

You might like to plug your Apple Watch data into an app like Fertility Friend. I also use an Apple Watch and have attached the difference between my health app basic baseline graph and Fertility Friend :) I set FF up to take my temp data and my resting heart rate data and both were very telling this month.
