Moone Boy Waiting GIF by HULU

I genuinely want to switch off so time goes faster and I don't stress/obsess. I want to be zen and believe it will happen, or trust in divine timing without worrying. But I think about it every day and I can't help it. I try to keep busy, but that doesn't stop me from constantly thinking about it.

What are your tips to deal with the wait?

Probably not the healthiest way but I've seen a few other people do the same, I just tend to think to myself it wont happen this month so I start planning the next few weeks as if it's a negative 😅 if it does happen I figure I'll be extra excited and if not, then I haven't gotten my hopes up.
I'm probably missing out on some power of positive thinking but I've got to get through somehow!

I went skiing during my TWW in November. It certainly did the trick! Up early, out all day, dinner then bed because we were so tired. Worked like a charm 😆

@Wednesdayonline I keep changing from that and feeling hopeful, but in any case I'm thinking about it still haha. And then I fear that if I just assume it didn't work then I'll eat or drink all sorts of crap I probably shouldn't 😅

@KittyFantastica aww that's great! I can definitely see that working, winter holidays can be so tiring. I feel like booking myself an impromptu ski trip now just to get my mind off things haha 😆
