I have noticed that I have low luteal phase temperatures (36.3 - 36.5ish). Is this indicative of low progesterone and if so, does that mean it may be hard to get pregnant (because implantation may be difficult)? Thanks in advance

@sunja It probably depends on what your temperatures are before ovulation. If they are much lower and you see a definite and consistent rise after ovulation they are probably fine. How are you confirming ovulation? If your temperature has no consistent rise you may not be ovulating,

Thanks @Objectiontime - my follicular phase temps this cycle have been between 36.02-36.24. Dropped to 35.94 to indicate ovulation and then rose to 36.15 and then the next day 36.33

@Objectiontime it's now risen to 36.46. Is that considered a slow rise?

Ah yes it is indeed a slow but steady rise. You appear to have quite a low normal BBT so I would say 36.46 is a pretty good rise for you, good luck x

Thank you! I'm worried it means I have low progesterone but now way to be sure really. Thanks x

I'm no expert but my normal ore ovulation temperature is around 36.25 to 36.30 so after ovulation it slowly climbed to around 36.45 up to 26.55 and oven as far as 36.75 but then drops rapidly before my period starts so you can see that I am starting with a much higher pre ovulation temperature. I am sure yours is fine x
