Experiences ttc #2 after csection

I have a DS who is 9 months old and I’m starting to think about ttc #2. I had a section so ideally want to wait until he is 1 before trying. I’ve heard some people find it more difficult to conceive after a caesarean, is this true? I’ve just turned 35 so don’t really want to wait much longer as DH is 40 next year and we definitely want a sibling for DS.

It took us 4 years to conceive DC1, I had an EMCS, then fell pregnant after an afternoon quicky one day when I was 14 months pp. I was shocked and angry 😂 never even considered that my CS would impact anything! Am 32.

I got pregnant very easily after my CS - DS was 14 months old.

Quickly. Took us 3m, it was 9m after CS.

I got pregnant (twice) just as quickly after my CS as I did first time around.
