Why does clearblue still say 1-2 weeks?

I found out I was pregnant one week ago from an early 10MIU/ml detection test

I did a clearblue a couple of days later and it was pregnant 1-2 weeks

I'm now 4 weeks 3 days pregnant and my clearblue STILL says 1-2 weeks

Which must mean my hcg levels are still under 153 (as per clear blue instructions) which isn't great for my gestation is it? 😔

I had 2-3 weeks with my son by now

I'm awaiting hcg blood tests results today and I'm worried that they're going to be very low

Although top is Saturday and bottom is this morning so there must be some rise in levels to get such a big line progress?

The concentration of hcg in your urine can vary depending on how much you've drank, when you last had a pee, the time of day. Perhaps your urine was slightly more diluted when you took the second CB and therefore it's not picked up as much hcg. Although hcg doubles every 48 hours, in the early days the numbers are still small. Double a small number is still a relatively small number! I'd try not to panic - I've seen multiple threads of people having inaccurate results from CB digital weeks indicators. Your easy@home lines look great! I hope so! Sorry it sounds ridiculous but I had a bad dream last night about having a miscarriage (I've had previous losses) and it's just put me in a bit of a spiral 🫣

It definitely doesn't sound ridiculous! I'm currently 33 weeks after having had a loss in April and this pregnancy has been so stressful and worrying, especially at the early stages. I think when you've experienced loss, it's never the same again. Hoping all goes well with your bloods 🙏🩷

It means nothing :) I had a blood test at 4 weeks 1 day and my HCG was 60 then, that child is now in school! :)

Oh wow that's amazing! Definitely made me feel a bit better. I think they do say it's more the comparison of how they increase over 2-3 days rather than the levels itself

I had a blood test Sunday morning then having one this evening so by Friday I'll be able to compare whether they've increased by a certain amount and I think that'll help me relax a little bit until my 7 week scan on the 25th! :)

I had that with my boy. I suffered from many miscarriages, had the usual symptoms i get..even the GP thought it was impending so prescribed the pill to give up 😅 i took a test again the next day and it had suddenly jumped up to 2-3 at over 6 weeks 😅. He's here now. They are not always right :)

Levels are only 86.3 that was at 4weeks1d

I had repeated bloods 2 days later and they increased to 280! So more than tripled in 2.5 days. Now getting 2-3 on clearblue and dye stealers on my line tests so feeling a lot better now 🥰 first scan on the 25th Jan so praying all is okay. Thank you for asking xx
