Positive test result yesterday afternoon, negative this morning- can oversaturation cause false negative?

Hey, I am brand new here tbh but I am going crazy. I got a positive result yesterday about 3pm, I'm happy and excited and scared and all what you'd expect.

I was waiting for the first pee this morning to test again and hopefully confirm for definite, but unfortunately this has come back negative.... Can oversaturation cause a false negative, as yesterday's test showed positive almost immediately albeit slowly, whereas the test this morning showed a control line very fast but as I say, negative.

They're are lots of different factors that affect early results - evap lines, false positives, over saturation, concentration of urine being just a few.
Personally I don't think daily testing is healthy. I'd wait until you miss a period but, if you must test, I'd leave 48 hours before testing again.

I also find it better to pee into a cup/ container and dip rather than peeing directly onto the stick

Why are you stressed about it? You either are or you aren't.. what CD are you on?

If you have missed your period, test with first morning urine and you should have a clear answer.
