Any tips for ttc/cycle tracking welcome. I was not on contraception for the last half of last year and had one chemical pregnancy in November. I don’t track my cycle or anything however I do want to start.. sending baby dust to everyone who is ttc this year❤

I’m sorry you had to go through a chemical pregnancy.

To track your cycle you could try downloading a period tracker onto your phone. There are free ones with good ratings. This makes it easy to add and record your personal data eg the day you started your period.

Ovulation tests should help know when you ovulate (read the instructions on what time of day to take them). Don’t just assume you ovulate on day 14 and your cycle last 28 days, women have different cycle lengths.

Check when you get cervical mucus that is the consistency of egg white, that is your most fertile time of the month.

Hope it goes well.

Thank you v much for taking the time to reply. I have downloaded the “FLO” app and paid for the premium as is only a few pound a month which isn’t too bad.

any recommendations for ovulation tests or can I just buy a big batch from Amazon?

Hi! TTC #1 and I'm using easy at home ovulation tests from Amazon. They work very well with the free premom app. You upload your tests and the app will help you find your peak. You can track BBT too.
Flo isn't very good at exactly predicting ovulation I've noticed.

Ordered! Thank you. Do you have to have a subscription to use the premom app?

Sorry just saw you said it was free!

The app itself is free but some features require the subscription. The basic cycle tracking and opk tracking and BBT charts work fine with the free version 🙂

Weird…when I went to download it, it asked me to pay for a subscription straight away.

Yes it did the same to me. You have to skip that payment thing and you'll get to the app.
